ONE YEAR WARRANTY:

We offer a one year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Oxygen Jewelry representative.

 

Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact us to request a repair by email (veganoxygen@gmail.com), or contact us by social media (facebook) and one of our customer service representative will be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.

We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

EASY HASSLE-FREE 14-DAY RETURN POLICY:

 We offer an easy, hassle-free 14 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (minus any shipping and/or gift packaging charges, if any) within 14 days of the  after delivery date.

The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached
Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost

RETURN PROCESS

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

 

JEWELRY TAG

The item being returned must have the jewelry tag still attached to the item. Do not remove this tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for item sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the item fits.
